Description
Antique c1880 Tennessee Tulip Quilt measuring 73 by 85 inches. It is comprised of 9 blocks, 21.5 by 21.5 inches, set straight, 3 by 3, with 3/2 blocks along the top, and a 3.5 inch border with red and green appliquéd zigzag. It is machine pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied white fabric binding.
Condition report:
It is in fair condition with storage line discoloration, several spots, minor edge wear, minor fading, and several repairs are evident. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple quilts for your convenience and economy.
