Description
Antique c1880 Double Tulip Quilt measuring 68×85 inches. It is comprised of 25 blocks, 10 by 10 inches, set on point, with solid white square setting squares and Tulip setting triangles. It is hand pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied white fabric binding, by hand.
Condition report:
It is in good condition with overall toning, spots, minor fading in some fabrics, storage line discoloration, a minor seam needs to be re-stitched, and minor edge wear. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple quilts for your convenience and economy.
