Description
Antique c1910 Old Italian Block Quilt measuring 73 by 71 inches. It is comprised of 49 blocks, 8 by 8 inches, set straight, 7 by 7 with 25 Old Italian blocks and 24 alternating Snowball blocks. There is a 7.5 inch clarinet stripe print border. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a red with off white.print reverse. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front, applied by hand. It is in good condition with overall toning and some spots.
