Description
Vintage c1940 Baby Bunting Tied Comfort Quilt measuring 93 by 94 inches. It is comprised of 25 blocks, 19 by 19 inches, set straight, 5 by 5. It is hand and machine pieced, and hand tied at every seam intersection in white yard. There is thick cotton batting and a solid yellow reverse. The edge is finished knife edge style, by hand. It is in good condition with just minor discoloration. Happy quilt with many earlier fabrics but the consistent use of red in each block pulls the design together.
