Pair of 2 Self Assembled Scrap Books For Textile Inspiration-Heraldic and more. Designer Scrapbooks for Textile and Embroidery Design Inspiration 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s, Mid Century Modern for Textile Design Inspiration, Textile and Embroidery Design. The group includes 2 self assembled scrap books for textile inspiration featuring 1 book with approximately 30 pages of insects, fruits, and vegetables and made up of mainly magazine clippings. As well as 1 book with approximately 40 pages of heraldic and other ethnic clippings in a mix of old photocopies, magazine clippings and a few pictures. Both books are in good condition with age related toning to some of the clippings. This collection was the property from a well known NYC textile and garment design archive which provided design and concept inspiration to fashion and textile designers around the world for more than 25 years.
