Description
Antique c1860 Broken Dishes Quilt measuring 72 by 85 inches. It is comprised of 2688 1.5″ Half Square Triangles, set straight, 48 by 56. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished and a tiny red check print binding, by hand. This is a great fabric library for prints of this era. It is in fair condition with overall toning, spots, and some of the brown fabrics are deteriorating about 20. There is a sleeve on the reverse along one side for hanging. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
