Description
A Pair of Antique c1900 Tulip Quilts measuring 69 by 71 inches. They are comprised of 9 Tulip appliqué blocks, about 16 by 16 inches, set on point, 3 by 3, with solid white alternating squares and setting triangles. They are hand pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front, and applied by machine. One is in good condition with several small small spots and minor color bleeding in the red fabric. The other has majoe age discoloration, toning, and spots. Both have a sleeve on the reverse along one side for hanging. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
