Description
Antique 19th Century Figured and Fancy Coverlet Wove by James Pearson Chippewa in Medina County, Ohio. It measures 73 by 84 inches. Red, green, and blue wall or woven with natural colored linen. Stars are surrounded by floral wreaths and separated by floral clusters. There is a border along 3 sides featuring Courthouse, other architectural buildings, and trees. It is signed on the to bottom corners but undated. There is a hand stitched seam down the center.
Condition report:
It is in good condition with minor fringe loss and a few small discolorations. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $35 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
