Description
2 Antique c1900 Wool with other Fabrics Tied Comfort Quilts. Includes a Grandmothers Fan tied comfort quilt measuring 70 by 75 inches. Mostly wall, cotton sateen, silk, and other fabrics. It is hand pieced, hand appliquéd, hand embroidered, and hand tied. It has a wonderful fantasy floral large scale print fabric back. Along with a Radiating Sun block tied quilt with black wool centers and black wool border, measuring 47 by 62 inches. It is hand pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand tied.
Condition report:
Fan quilt is in poor condition with loss to some embroidery stitches, fabric deterioration, edge wear, and other condition issues. Sun quilt is in poor condition with spots, fabric deterioration, and split seams. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $35 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
