Description
2 Antique c1870 Quilts includes a 1000 Pyramids Quilt measuring 71 by 74 inches. It is hand pieced, and hand quilted. Great variety of matter and brown prints. Along with an On Point 9 patch quilt measuring 71 by 79 inches. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Wonderful fabrics include Centennial green, overdyed green, early browns, pink, and an early purple that is going fugitive to brown.
Condition report:
Unfortunately in the Pyramids quilt 2 rows of brown solid triangles have completely deteriorated. There are additional spots and discolorations as well. The 9 Patch is also in poor condition with overall spots and toning, large spots, minor fabric deterioration, and minor edge wear. The reverse is also covered in small light spots In house Flat Rate Shipping of $35 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
