Description
Vintage c1950 Whig Rose and Wreath Kit Quilt by Paragon measuring 78×93″. It is comprised of 12 applique block motifs that are about 15 by 15 inches, set straight, 3 by 4, with a 16 inch tan border. The center is actually only 2 pieces with 6 applique block motifs on each. It is machine pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied solid brown binding. The quilting in the border Minix the repeated blocks in the center of the quilt. This quilt was collected in Pennsylvania.
Condition report:
It is in fair condition with scattered spots and minor edge wear. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
