Description
Reproduction 30s Mini Flower Baskets & Posies Quilt measuring 75×75″. It was adapted from a pattern in Small Scale Quiltmaking by Sally Collins. Ellen fills every space in this quilt with a cheery print, patchwork or applique. The center are mini basket blocks, on point, with a mini sawtooth frame, followed by a swag border. The outer border consists or more basket blocks, 4 patches, and appliqued posies or flowers. It is machine pieced, hand appliqued, and machine quilted. The quilt is in excellent condition with excellent workmanship. The quilt is signed and dated 1999 on an embroidered label by Ellen Rosenbach on the reverse.
