Description
2 Antique c1920 Quilt Tops. Double Square Quilt Top measures
70 by 83 inches. It is comprised of 378 squares, half broken dishes quilt blocks with alternating shirting blocks. They measure about 4 x 4 inches, set straight, 18 by 21. It is machine pieced. Nice variety of shirting prints indigo, and plaids. It is in good condition with some small spots and discoloration reverse along with a Star of Bethlehem quilt top measuring 79 by 81 inches. Comprised of 49 squares, 10 by 10 inches, set straight, 7 by 7, with 25 pieced stars, and alternating solid blue squares there is a 3.5″ triple blue border of blue solid, white solid, and blue solid, the top consistently uses blue stripes and plaids, with the centers specialty cut to edge interest to the block. It is hand pieced. In good condition with a few small spots and discoloration in a corner If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
