Vintage black velvet flat-brimmed hat featuring a pleated blue grosgrain band elegantly encircling the crown. Two large grosgrain rosettes in matching blue create a statement accent, adding visual depth and texture. Fully lined in silk for a refined inner finish. The hat’s approximate size is 24 inches, and it is described as being in very good condition. Inside labels reads Mrs F. Herbst 18N 9th St Reading, Pa. Previously part of a collection that rented to the entertainment industry. Restoration may have done but with period materials and skilled workmanship. Please see the photos for details.
