Description
Wide brim navy blue wool felt hat featuring a round crown and a navy grosgrain band. Accented with layered navy and cream grosgrain pleated ribbon flourishes and edged with grosgrain trim. The hat shows rust spots around the outer brim from its internal wire and requires steaming for restoration. In fair condition. Previously part of a collection that rented to the entertainment industry. Restoration may have done but with period materials and skilled workmanship. Please see the photos for details.
