Description
A vintage 1930s navy blue wool felt Madeline style hat featuring a wide upturned brim, complemented by a navy blue pleated grosgrain ribbon band. The design includes a small round crown and an elasticized navy grosgrain ribbon headband. In fair condition with the elastic headband shows signs of brittleness, and the ribbon band exhibits fading. Previously part of a collection that rented to the entertainment industry. Restoration may have done but with period materials and skilled workmanship. Please see the photos for details.
