Description
The hat features an oversized crown and is approximately 25 inches in size. It is made of fine black straw with a black velvet brim edge. The crown is adorned with black velvet and champagne-colored silk scarves, accented by a large bronze buckle in the front. A full black feather plume adds an additional decorative touch. The hat is noted to be in very good condition with a few minor areas of wear on the velvet. Previously part of a collection that rented to the entertainment industry. Restoration may have done but with period materials and skilled workmanship. Please see the photos for details. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.
