Description
Vintage c1920 Colonial Revival Whig Rose Quilt measuring 77 by 77 inches. It is comprised of 4 blocks, 32 by 32 inches, set straight, 2 x 2, with a 6.5 inch white border. There is a triple swag of pink, rose, green that encompasses the border and into each of the blocks along the perimeter. Small rosebuds are at each peak of the swag. In the center of the quilt is the block center motif. It is hand pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied off white fabric binding. It is in good condition with several spots and discolorations. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
