Description
Vintage c1930 Colonial Revival Tulip Quilt measuring 93 by 93 inches. Comprised of 4 blocks, 33 by 33 inches, set straight, 2 x 2, with a 13 inch white border. It is hand pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied off white fabric binding. It is in fair condition with 2 small tears in the binding, overall toning, age discoloration, and spots. But this is a quilt that you can soak to get back to its original glory. From the estate of Sharon Stark, noted Pennsylvania textile dealer and award winning author. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
