Description
c1950 Wool Wiggle Dress and Jacket. The lot includes 1 vintage c1950 matching jacket and dress set by Jacques Fath for Joseph Halpert featuring a strapless bustier dress with a black wool bodice with stays, a burgundy/black houndstooth wool skirt, a back metal zip closure, and button details at the front. Also included is a matching thin black wool cardigan/jacket featuring a 3 button front closure, a cross over yolk with an attached matching burgundy/black scarf with hand twisted fringe. Laying flat the dress measures: bust: 16.5”, waist: 13.5”, length: 36”. The jacket/cardigan measures: bust: 19”, waist: 12”, sleeve: 24.5”, length: 16”. The set is in fair condition with a few small holes in the wool jersey at the back of the jacket. Please see the photos. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
