Description
Vintage c1950 Flower Basket Quilt measuring 74 by 74 inches. It is comprised of 16 blocks, 12.5 by 12.5 inches, set on point, 4 by 4, with a blue rose print setting squares, triangles, and 2.5 inch border. It is machine pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and a feed sack print reverse with orange and yellow roses. It is in fair condition with several large areas of discoloration and spots, a small hole, and marking lines are evident for quilting.
