Description
Antique 1880 Schrenschnitte Quilt Top or Summer Spread. It measures about 86 x 87 inches. It is comprised of 4 blocks, 34.5 by 34.5 inches, set straight, 2 x 2, with an 8 inch green Scherenschnitte or paper cut border. It is hand pieced, and hand appliquéd. The edges are finished, so it can be used as a summer spread, or as a quilt top. It is in fair condition with minor fading, toning, age discoloration, a small tear in a border, 2 small repairs in another border, and small spots If you have any doubt, please ask questions! In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
