Description
2 Vintage c1930 Quilt Tops. Includes Vintage c1930s Star of LeMoyne Quilt Top measuring 68x 102″. It is comprised of 54 blocks, 11 x 11 inches, set straight, 6 by 9. It is hand and machine pieced, and hand appliquéd. It is in good condition with only the smallest of spots. Along with a circa 1930s scrappy quilt top, it is unfinished, and would be perfect for upcycling. It measures 63 x 74 inches, the top is in the a bars arrangement with a scrappy center bar 12 inches wide comprised of 2.5 inch wide rectangles. On either side of the center or alternating 4.5 inch wide solid blue bars, and 6 inch wide scrappy square bars. It is hand and machine pieced. It is finished with the top border missing and only a partial bottom border and basted. It also has several large spots and fading. From a Wisconsin Collector.
