Description
Antique c1890 Ocean Waves Quilt measuring 78 by 80 inches. It is comprised of 16 7 inch double pink squares, surrounded by 7 inch wide Ocean Waves lozenges. There is a 2.5 inch chrome yellow print inner border and a 5.5 inch double pink outer border. It is hand and machine pieced, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a tan print and stripe reverse. The edge is finished with the chrome yellow print fabric binding. There is a sleeve wide on one side on the reverse for hanging.
Condition report:
It is in very good condition with only minor imperfections. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance.
