Worked on 3 layers with an orange ground composition featuring two stylized quadruped animals — likely tapirs or deer. The surrounding field is densely covered with polychrome reverse applique dot clusters.

This 4 layer mola features a pair of hut structures in the upper register along with trailing vine and leaf elements filling the lower field — imagery rooted in everyday Guna domestic and agricultural life.

A complex aquatic composition featuring a large central fish alongside smaller fish, with a distinctive chain of interlocked diamond medallions traversing the center — a decorative device frequently employed in Guna mola work to divide registers or suggest movement. Dense multicolor dash-stitch filler throughout the background creates a vibrant textural field characteristic of the period. Three layers.

Poor condition with wear, fading, soiling, and holes. In house Flat Rate US Shipping of $15 for 1 -10 molas, $5 each additional 10 molas. Insurance is additional and required.
