Vibrantly worked mola panel on a dense red ground featuring three pairs of stylized Western-style cowboy boots rendered in black fabric with multicolor applique and embroidered detailing — each pair outlined in a different color: white, orange, and pink/teal respectively. The boot forms are worked with considerable cutwork sophistication, the shaft and toe clearly delineated with embroidered stripe and oval fills. Each boot also contains appliquéd stars with embroidered circular centers in contrasting colors — blue, yellow, and gold. A large central horseshoe form in teal with pink horizontal stripe embroidery anchors the lower register between the boots. The surrounding red ground is densely worked in multicolor vertical reverse-appliqué dash channels throughout. The upper edge carries an orange sawtooth rick-rack border on black; the lower edge is finished with a yellow cotton border strip. The reverse shows a black cotton backing with fine running-stitch construction. Executed in three layers of red, black, and orange cotton, with appliquéd elements and extensive multicolor embroidered surface detail.
