Description
Antique Mise-en-Carte – Orange Chrysanthemum. It is 42″x41″. There is an orange and green chrysanthemum with decorations of red scrollwork and flowers. Lyon is where it was created. There are separated pieces which are included. The seams have rips, age discoloration, and some fading. E. Billiet and an address in Lyon are stamped on the reverse. The writing on the back concerns colors and weaves. Tape is used in some areas for repairs. In poor condition and fragile. These were found rolled for an extended period of time. They were relaxed with gentle humidity and mechanical means. We will ship either flat or rolled and buyer will pay actual shipping. Please contact us for a shipping estimate if needed.
