Description
Vintage c1920 Large Pin Wheel Quilt in a variety of Furnishing Fabrics, measures 9 by 87 inches. It is comprised of 30 Half Square Triangle blocks 14 by 14 inches, set straight, 5 by 6, with fabric placement creating large pinwheel motifs. It is machine pieced, hand embroidered, and hand tied. No batting is evident, with a red sateen reverse. The edge is finished with an applied red sateen binding. It is in good condition with toning and spots in one light-colored fabric.
