Description
Vintage c1930 Bluework Quilt measuring 58 by 71 inches. 30 blocks, 7 by 7 inches, set straight, 5 by 6, with 2.75 inch plain white sashing and 5.5 inch plain white border. It is machine pieced, hand embroidered, and hand quilted. Lots of motifs with children, nursery rhymes, and fruit. There is a label on the reverse from the Delaware Quilt Documentation Project. In fair condition with toning, spots, and edge wear. Along with a 1910 red work duvet cover measuring 40 by 50 inches. Comprised of 20 hand embroidered blocks about 7 by 7 inches, again with many children, nursery rhymes, animals and other motifs. In fair condition with several small holes and spots. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
