Description
Homage to Susan McCord Quilt incorporates motifs from the book, “Our Favorite Quiltmakers, Susan McCord, The Unforgettable Artistry of an Indiana Quilter”, by Brackman, Christenson & Rowden. The quilt measures 79×92″. Folk Art Flowers in a Vase surrounded by flower blocks create the center medallion. The frames run vertically, as opposed to concentric. Ellen has a keen eye for detail, notice the specialty cut paisley print in her frames around the Flying Geese. The quilt is machine pieced, machine appliqued, and machine quilted. The quilt is in excellent condition with excellent workmanship. The quilt has a label by Ellen Rosenbach on the reverse and the quilt is believed to have been finished in 2012.
