4 Swatch Books – 1890-1930. There are over 1000 swatches throughout the 4 self assembled swatch books which are made from wool, cotton, and silk. A book featuring cotton swatches from 1890-1930 is highlighted with the pieces depicting florals. There are several pieces included which were once vibrant but are now toned due to age. There are vibrant pinks, blacks, greens, and other colors whose design has not toned down over the decades. Within these pages, there are about 40 pieces of swatches. A book dedicated to silks from 1890 is included with about 420 pieces within the pages. Stripes and plaids are significantly featured and most of them have some tears or other signs of age. With a collection of silks from 1890-1930 is a swatch book with stripes and plaids, many of which are duplicates. There are about 420 pieces inside and there are spots, tears, and other signs of age on numerous swatches. The last book that is included is a swatch book dedicated to wools from 1890. There are about 140 pieces which are dedicated to flannels and suitwear for men and young men. The pieces are in decent condition, however, there are some spots which can be seen on several of the pieces. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
