2 1930s Evening Gowns. The lot includes 2 vintage sleeveless, full length evening gowns from the 1930s. Featuring an ivory chiffon gown with a V neckline with a halter profile, a cross over strap open back, and snap closures at the side. It also comes with a matching short sleeve bolero style jacket with ties at the front. Both the straps of the gown and the shoulders of the jacket are accented with white glass seed beads and silver lined bugle beads in striped patterns. Laying flat the dress measures: Bust 16.5”, Waist: 15”, Length: 58”, the jacket measures: Bust” 19”,Waist: 16.5”. The set is in fair condition with slight toning, spots, and tarnishing to the silver lined bugle beads. Also included is a sleeveless burnt umber acetate gown with a brown mesh overlay with machine embroidered white polka dots. As well as white waffle knit bow at the front bust and straps connected at the back, and snap closures. Laying flat it measures: 15”, Waist: 13.5”, Length: 56”. The dress is in fair condition with heavy toning throughout. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
