Description
Vintage c1940 Martha Washington Star Quilt (Peto 1949), measuring 76×96″. Comprised of 63 blocks, 9.5×10″, set straight, 7 by 9 with 31 pieced blocks, and 32 alternating white solid squares. There us a 2.25″ white in border and a 2.25″ blue outer border. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Think cotton batting and a white cotton reverse, The edge is finished with an applied blue binding. It is in good condition with a few small spots, some wear to an edge, and discolorations. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
