Description
Antique c1910 Basket Quilt with Swag Border measuring 73×90″. Comprised of 20 cheddar baskets on a blue ground blocks, 11×11″, set on point, 4 by 5 with off white alternating squares and setting triangles. There is a 6″ blue swag with cheddar bow border on 4 sides. It is hand pieced, hand appliqued, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting, off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished applied off white binding. It is in fair condition with fading to the blue fabric, toning, spots and other discolorations.
