Description
Mixed celluloid vanity items from the early 20th century. The lot includes four pieces: a large oval hand mirror with a carved MGN monogram on the back and a beveled mirror reverse, a small square dresser box with a hinged lid and a blue MEB etched monogram, a matching stiff bristle clothing brush with a celluloid top and matching blue MEB etched monogram, both marked France, and a round lidded plastic container with a gold-colored lid, possibly a marriage. The items show wear consistent with age, including general toning, spots, and visible use. The set reflects early 20th century design aesthetics. Please see the photos for details.
