Description
WW2 era Japanese paper parasol and fan. The parasol measures 30 inches in length and is crafted from bamboo with a paper overlay featuring a butterfly and cherry blossom pattern. It shows signs of age-related wear, including toning, small holes, and general wear. The fan measures 12 inches in length and has black-painted bamboo guards and ribs with a paper leaf designed with a colorful bird and flower motif. The fan is in fair to poor condition, displaying wear to the folding junctions, toning, and tears. Please see the photos for details. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.
