Description
19th-century silk organza and bone fan with a creme-colored organza leaf, decorated with picot trim, red and gold spangles, and hand-painted floral and scrollwork motifs in gold and purple. The carved bone ribs and guards are inlaid with metallic dots. The fan measures 16″ x 9.5″ and includes a long beige silk double tassel. Condition is fair with general toning, 2 slits in the organza, and one repaired guard. Comes with an included decorated storage box. Please see the photos for details.
