Description
Two antique folding fans featuring delicate hand-made lace hand fans with metallic embellishments. The black organza fan has beige appliqued tape lace accents with silver tone metal spangles, black painted wood guards and ribs with inlaid metallic dots, and measures 11 in x 20 in. Minor fraying, discoloration, and lace detachment present. The second fan features a tapered shape, tape lace applique with silver and gold tone metal spangles, amber celluloid guards and ribs, detailed with a flower and vine metallic dot inlay pattern, measuring 14 in x 21 in. Some lace detachment from ribs noted and slight warping to the ribs and guards. Please see the photos for details. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.
