Description
Includes a c1900 King’s X Quilt is mostly wool fabrics measuring 64 by 83 inches. It is hand and machine pieced, hand embroidered, and hand tied with green yarn in the center and intersection of each block. There is a gray flannel striped reverse, and no batting. The edge is finished with a scrappy applied binding, by machine. It is in good condition with a few small spots, the wool has held up very nicely and I do not see any holes. Along with a c1950 kitchen sink patchwork quilt top measuring 67 by 73 inches. It is comprised of various prints and solids in cotton, wool, flannel, velvet, rayons and more. It is machine pieced, and hand embroidered. The piecing is done on foundation many which were sugar and flour sacks. It is in good condition with some small holes in the wool, and the workmanship is primitive. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $35 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
