Description
Vintage Dresden Plate Quilt with 2 Matching Pillow Shams. The quilt measures 65 by 83 inches. It is comprised of 18 Dresden plate blocks, 10 by 10 inches, set on point, with 3 inch red stashing, white cornerstones, and white setting triangles. There is a 3.5″ red solid border. It is hand appliquéd, machine pieced, and hand quilted in big stitch quilting. There is thick cotton batting and a red cotton reverse. The edge is finished knife edge style and finished by hand. It is in fair condition with minor edge wear and some fabric deterioration. It comes with 2 matching pillow shams, 25 by 13 inches, with a 3.5 inch ruffle edging. It also has a red backing and a white zipper closure. The pillow shams are in good condition. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
