Description
Antique c1880 Wandering Lover Quilt measuring 74 by 72 inches. It is comprised of 49 squares, 9 by 9 inches, set straight, 7 by 7, with 25 pieced blocks and 24 alternating off white solid squares with a feathered wreath, hand quilted and stuffed, or Trapunto. There is a 3-4 inch off white inner border and a 1.5 inch pieced half square triangle outer border and double pink prints. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with and applied double pink print binding. It is in good condition with overall toning small spots and a small hole on the reverse, that does not come through to the front. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
