Description
Vintage Mountain Mist Bicentennial Star Quilt measuring 92 by 101 inches. This appears to be a 4 preprinted panels into sections with stamped lines for placing appliquéd shapes and quilting. It gives the appearance of having 80 blocks, 9.5 by 9.5 inches, set straight, 8 by 10, with a 2.5 inch solid red border. There are solid white blocks with hand quilted stars alternating with an appliquéd Bicentennial star in the center of a white Ohio Star created with appliquéd triangles. The quarter square triangle blocks on the corners are hand appliquéd. There is a polyester batting and a white reverse. The edge is finished with and applied white bias tape binding. It is in good condition with just a few small spots. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
