Description
Vintage c1930 Forty Niners Pattern Quilt measuring 83 x 100 inches. Comprised of 12 blocks, 14 x 14 inches, set on point, 3 by 4, with alternating pieced block and setting triangles. There is a 5 inch white inner border, a 3 inch pieced border, and a 3 1/2 inch white outer border. It is hand and machine pieced, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied white commercial bias binding. It is in fair condition with several small spots, fading, and several fabrics deteriorating. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
