Contemporary Quilt Top – Pinwheels measuring 45×62″. Small pinwheel blocks in burgundy and floral prints, and a larger secondary pinwheel design in burgundy and teal prints. Very graphic. It is machine pieced. In very good condition. It is just a quilt top with no batting, backing, or quilting. From the Estate of Bobbie Aug. Bobbie Aug was a well known and regarded quilt historian, author, appraiser, and quilter for over a half a century. She was also an antique quilt dealer and quilt store co- owner and judge. Most notable is her work on the American Quilter’s Society Quilt Appraiser Certification Committee and her early involvement in the Professional Association of Appraisers-Quilted Textiles.
