Group of Quilted Shams and More. The group includes quilted shams and more from the collection of Bobbie Aug. Featuring 1 quilted quilt traveling tote in shades of purple and green. It has many pockets in a wide range of sizes for all of your quilting supplies. The front pocket features a Square in a Square block and the inside also has several ties and elastic loops. It is machine pieced and quilted with a poly batting. It has Velcro closures and shoulder straps for carrying. It measures 25.5” x 44.5” and is in good condition. 1 matching pieced star set of 2 place mats and a runner featuring a spring color palette of white, pink, yellow, blue, and green. As well as several reproduction depression era printed cottons. The set is machine pieced and machine quilted, with all 3 pieces having the same yellow reproduction rose print and pink bindings. The set has a thin poly batting and the place mats measure 10.5” x 15.5”, the runner measures 15” x 45 1/4”. The set is in good condition. 1 matching pair of commercially made quilted pillow shams in a Sunrise Over the Lake pattern in a multicolored mix of solid and printed floral cottons. They are hand pieced and hand quilted with a plain white back with a slit, hand applied black border, and poly batting. They measure 25” x 31 1/4” and are in good condition. 1 matching pair of commercially made pieced star pillow shams featuring solid and floral printed cottons on a white ground with a hunter green border. They are hand pieced and hand quilted with a white cotton back with a slit and a thin poly batting. They measure 24” x 30” and are in good condition. From the Estate of Bobbie Aug. Bobbie Aug was a well known and regarded quilt historian, author, appraiser, and quilter for over a half a century. She was also an antique quilt dealer and quilt store co- owner and judge. Most notable is her work on the American Quilter’s Society Quilt Appraiser Certification Committee and her early involvement in the Professional Association of Appraisers-Quilted Textiles.
