Finely worked reverse appliqué mola panel depicting two symmetrical birds rendered in an intricate labyrinthine pattern of tightly spaced channels, executed in two layers of red and lavender cotton. Each bird features a small white appliquéd eye with black embroidered pupil and lash details. Exceptionally dense and even hand-stitching throughout, with precise bilateral symmetry.
