Description
Vintage c1930 Ocean Waves Quilt in sateen fabrics, measuring 80×95″. It is comprised of 32 on point squares, 6 by 6 inches, staggered, 4 by 5, surrounded by Ocean Wave lozenge shapes, 7 by 12 inches. There is a 2.5 inch pale blue inner border and a 2.5 inch yellow outer border. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a pale gray sateen reverse. The edge is finished with the pale gray sateen applied binding along 2 sides and back to front along 2 sides.
Condition report:
It is in fair condition with fading, small spots, minor fabric loss along 2 edges, and minor seams to be re-stitched. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple quilts for your convenience and economy.
