Description
Antique Mise-en-Carte – Courtyard Scene. It is 46″x48″. It features a pictorial depiction of a fountain, columns, and crescent moons in a courtyard. It is possibly a quadrant of a larger piece. Very fragile with several pieces included. A rip with the piece folded back, edgewear, age discoloration, and foxing. Tape was used in some areas for repair, a piece of paper adhered to the reverse for stabilization, and writing all on the reverse. In poor condition and fragile. These were found rolled for an extended period of time. They were relaxed with gentle humidity and mechanical means. We will ship either flat or rolled and buyer will pay actual shipping.
