Description
Egyptian Khayamiya Applique Tentmakers of Cairo. This Khayamiya showcases traditional geometric patterns and floral motifs. The usage of the lotus flower is prominent with other flowers being depicted as well. It has a navy blue border with sections with backgrounds in different colors such as white, red, green, and orange. It is made from cotton. There is one corner where the border is lifted and there is some piling. It was handcrafted in Egypt and it is otherwise in good condition. It is 34″x63″.
