Description
This Hermes “La Femme aux Semelles de Vent” silk scarf measures 35"x35". It was made in Paris and it is made from silk twill. The scarf pays homage to Alexandra David-Neel, an explorer, writer, and spiritualist. It was designed by Aline Honore for Hermes Autumn/Winter 2009 collection. There is a brown tag stating that it was made in France and the fabric content. The title of the scarf is on the top center, Hermes – Paris is on the bottom center, and the artist’s name is a little above the brand’s. The signature orange Hermes box is included. It is in good condition.
There is a small white dot, an absence of color, possibly a misprint, in the purple border in the 5th photograph. We have had the scarf looked at by an expert for a professional opinion and it is authentic.
